Random Observation

Kentucky, officially, is not a state–rather, we’re “The Commonwealth of Kentucky”.  In actuality, it makes little difference, but officially… Now, the funny part is that though not a state, Kentucky has a Secretary of State’s office.  How do you have a SoS without a state? lol
